Yoga Ed.™ is an organization that develops and produces health/wellness programs for the school environment that improve academic achievement, physical fitness, emotional intelligence and stress management.  The belief is that cultivation of a positive state of physical, mental and emotional health is directly correlated with academic success and fulfillment in life.  When students and teachers regularly address the conditions of their mind-body states and know how to implement specific tools to support their health and well being, the result is a more peaceful and productive school environment.

  • Yoga Ed.™ Programs During or After-School

    a unique opportunity for students to make up missed physical education classes or just to enjoy an afternoon of fitness, wellness and fun

  • After-School Program Series for Teachers

    This Professional Development program brings yoga sessions to teachers at the end of the school day. Classes will include a yoga class and discussion of helpful tips on how to bring yogic tools into the classroom, P.E. class or sports field.

  • Yogic Inspired Stress Reduction Workshop

    A valuable workshop in which students will learn breathing techniques, mediation, visualization and mindfulness tools that can aid in the reduction of anxiety and enhancement of focus both during the school day and in their life activities.

  • How the Yogic Mind Can Prevent Bullying

    This inspiring workshop discusses the power of words, thoughts and actions and teaches students that they have the authority to change the way they think, act and speak. By means of conversation, breathing techniques and group activities, students are educated on the energy that each word carries and how wonderful or detrimental words can be, both towards themselves and others.

  • Tools for Teachers Workshop

    This Professional Development workshop teaches classroom teachers how to incorporate simple yogic tools into the classroom to help students keep their focus, de-stress, manage their energy levels and become more learning-ready

  • Yoga for P.E. Teachers and Coaches

    This Professional Development workshop will cover the basic physical foundations of yoga so that P.E. teachers and coaches can teach their students in a safe environment

  • Yoga Day

    A Yoga Ed. lesson will be taught during the regular scheduled P.E. time or come to health or elementary classrooms.
